![]() If you can't get rid of Armoury Crate 100% then look about for some Armoury Crate cleaning/removal tools I think it's that pesky of a app that there are actually tools to scour your system and hunt it's tentacles down and remove them if something remains after a typical install. That might have been before I discovered that some Asus bios' have a background download option of Armoury Crate the same way AW sneaks in bios updates in the background with their much hated "Allow firmware capsule updates" option in my A51mR2 laptop what a vexing a$$ bios setting that is! In the past, the main PITA with Armoury Crate was getting every remnant of it off my system once I had installed it. CMO files to a USB drive, then reflash the bios. Worst case scenario, I would export any bios user profiles you are fond of as. Otherwise, what Encore bios are you using? I'm on the latest as of a few days ago and it is working well thus far. I do know that the Encore bios has an option to automatically download Armory Crate and I naturally suspect anything the bios is allowed to download stealth-like so I disable that feature in bios before doing anything. ![]() I avoid armoury crate and have for some time but not saying that has anything to do with the issue. ![]()
